It depends on your plan: each plan has a maximum number of client accounts (chatbots are always unlimited). Current prices and limits are on the agency pricing page.

No: login, client area and chatbots show your logo and your colors. The "powered by" label at the bottom of chatbots can be customized from Agency Settings.
